Assistance of Rs 50000 to daughters for education. Gujarat government started two big schemes.
Two new schemes have been started by the Gujarat government for the education sector, which are especially dedicated to daughters. The first of these schemes costing Rs 1650 crore is Namo Laxmi and the second is Namo Saraswati.

योजना के बारे मे
- दिनांक 2 फ़रवरी 2024 को गुजरात के वित्त मंत्री श्री कनुभाई देसाई जी ने सरकार का वर्ष 2024-2025 का बजट विधानसभा में पेश किया था।
- बजट भाषण के दौरान उन्होंने आगामी वर्ष के लिए 3 बहुत ही महत्वपूर्ण कल्याणकारी योजनाओं को शुरू करने की घोषणा की है।
- उन्ही योजनाओं में से एक योजना को स्कूल में पढ़ने वाली कन्याओं को सहायता प्रदान करने के लिए “नमो लक्ष्मी योजना” को सम्पूर्ण गुजरात में लागू किया जायेगा।
- नमो लक्ष्मी योजना लागू हो जाने के बा बहुत सी आर्थिक रूप से पिछड़ी कन्याओं को उनकी शिक्षा पूरी करने में मदद मिलेगी।
- गुजरात में लागू हो जाने के बाद नमो लक्ष्मी योजना को अन्य नामों से भी जाना जायेगा जैसे “नमो लक्ष्मी स्कीम” या “નમો લક્ષ્મી યોજના”।
- नमो लक्ष्मी योजना शुरू करने का गुजरात सरकार उद्देश्य प्रदेश में कन्याओं को स्कूल छोड़ने से रोकने, स्कूलों में कन्या छात्राओं की संख्या को बढ़ाने, और कन्या छात्राओं की पोषण और स्वास्थ्य से सम्बंधित स्थिति में सुधार करना है।
- गुजरात सरकार द्वारा नमो लक्ष्मी योजना में अब कक्षा 9वीं से लेकर कक्षा 12वीं तक की कन्या छात्राओं को प्रति वर्ष की वित्तीय सहायता छात्रवृत्ति स्वरुप प्रदान की जाएगी।
- प्रति वर्ष की छात्रवृत्ति नमो लक्ष्मी योजना में केवल उन्ही छात्राओं को प्रदान की जाएगी जो वर्तमान में कक्षा 9वीं, 10वीं, 11वीं या कक्षा 12वीं में पढ़ रही होंगी।
- कक्षा 9वीं से कक्षा 12वीं तक यानी 4 वर्षो में सभी पात्र लाभार्थी कन्या छात्राओं को 50,000/- रूपये की छात्रवृत्ति नमो लक्ष्मी योजना में गुजरात सरकार द्वारा दी जाएगी।
- 10 हजार रूपये प्रति वर्ष की छात्रवृत्ति कक्षा 9वीं और कक्षा 10वीं में दिए जायेंगे।
- वहीँ कक्षा 11वीं और कक्षा 12वीं में कन्या छात्राओं को 15 हजार रूपये की छात्रवृत्ति नमो लक्ष्मी योजना में प्रदान की जाएगी।
- इस प्रकार कुल 50 हजार रूपये सभी कन्या छात्राओं को कक्षा 9वीं से लेकर कक्षा 12वीं तक में गुजरात नमो लक्ष्मी योजना में प्राप्त होंगे।
- नमो लक्ष्मी योजना में सरकारी या निजी स्कूलों में कक्षा 9वीं से कक्षा 12वीं में पढ़ने वाली सभी छात्राएं प्रति वर्ष की छात्रवृत्ति का लाभ ले सकती है।
- योजना के सफल संचालन के लिए गुजरात सरकार ने वर्ष 2024-2025 के लिए 1,250/- रूपये का बजट नमो लक्ष्मी योजना हेतु आवंटित किया है।
- सरकार द्वारा ये अंदाज़ा लगाया गया है की नमो लक्ष्मी योजना में प्रति वर्ष की छात्रवृत्ति का लाभ लगभग 10 लाख कन्या छात्राओं को मिलेगा।
- फिलहाल योजना केवल घोषणा बस होने की वजह से इससे अधिक जानकारी उपलब्ध नहीं है।
- लाभार्थी कन्या छात्राओं को नमो लक्ष्मी योजना का लाभ उठाने के लिए थोड़ा सा इंतज़ार करना होगा।
- जल्दी ही नमो लक्ष्मी योजना का आवेदन पत्र, सम्पूर्ण लाभ, अन्य पात्रताएं सरकार द्वारा अधिकारिक दिशानिर्देशों के साथ जारी की जाएँगी।

Gujarat Government on Saturday launched two schemes announced in the budget. Both these schemes are related to the education of daughters and have been started to provide them financial assistance for their studies. In the budget of Gujarat government, it was announced to start two schemes with the aim of helping daughters in studies. Now Chief Minister (Gujarat CM) Bhupendra Patel has launched both of them. The Chief Minister said that there will be an opportunity to motivate the girls of Gujarat to gain knowledge, get secondary education and empower girls with nutrition. The double engine government, under the guidance of the Prime Minister, has created such a work culture that it implements the schemes as soon as they are announced. He said that with the efforts of everyone under the leadership of the Prime Minister, the immortal era of independence will become a golden era for the education sector of Gujarat.
This is how Namo Laxmi Scheme will work
Rs 1650 crore will be spent on these two schemes launched by the government for the education sector. Giving information about the first of these, Namo Laxmi Yojana, the Chief Minister said that this scheme has been started to provide nutrition to girls as well as to provide them admission in higher secondary school from class 9 to 12. This scheme will be helpful for girls studying in classes 9 to 12 in government, aided and private schools. In this scheme, Rs 500-500 will be given monthly for 10 months, the remaining Rs 10,000 will be given after passing the class 10 board exam.
Gujarat CM further said that in class 11th and 12th, you will get Rs 750-750 per month per year for 10 months, the remaining Rs 15000 will be given after passing the class 12th board exam.
What is Namo Saraswati Yojana?
The next scheme of the government is Namo Saraswati Vidhya Sadhna Yojana. Regarding this, the Chief Minister said that the objective of starting this scheme is to encourage the sons and daughters of the state to study in the science faculty and move ahead in the science faculty. In this scheme, Rs 1000, a total of Rs 20 thousand will be given for 10 months in class 11th and 12th science stream. The main objective of both these schemes is that more and more girls should complete their studies from class 9 to 12. Poor and middle class girls should not have to drop out from school.
